How to Write a Job Description

- Job descriptions are an essential part of the recruitment process. Without them, employees do not commit to, or be held accountable for, a role. They indicate exactly what the job involves on a day to day basis, and help define an employee's accountability. Vague descriptions, or worse no descriptions, could mean that the job does not fulfil the eventual candidate’s needs so that they leave the company or that you recruit the wrong person.
