About Us Recruit Inn Ltd specialise in Hospitality and Catering whether it be management, chefs, food & beverage or reception.
We are based in the market town of High Wycombe, centrally located so that we are easily accessible, to reach or be reached by our candidates and clients. Recruit Inn mainly look after the Home Counties, so that we are able to concentrate on our clientele and candidates – able to meet every one of you personally and forge long term relationships to span careers & recruitment requirements.
We have strong core ethics and our Mission Statement is extremely important to every one of us. We believe that if we can offer a service to our candidates and clients that meet the expectations set by every party, then we have succeeded in delivering the following:
Anna Ditta Anna has been in recruitment for the last 7 years working solely in permanent recruitment within the hospitality & catering industry. Anna was brought up in a guesthouse and after being “bitten by the bug of hospitality” went to a local catering college and completed (successfully!) her BTEC National Diploma in Hotel Management & Institutional Operations – just a few years ago now! Her first job was as kitchen porter and through the years she progressed though the different areas of being a chef, waiting, bar and hotel reception until reaching an Operations Manager role with Forte. Anna went onto Store Management for an out of town footwear retailer, being a centre of excellence for the company and training Regional & Store Managers during their first month of the probation period. This increased her sales knowledge and gave her a greater understanding of profit & loss. This was until she started her family and found recruitment….. Anna is known for talking (!), her big hair and sunny disposition. She has a knack for remembering faces and gets her buzz from seeing candidates progress through their career, often growing from a child to an adult. Anna is honest – maybe a little too much at times – but firmly believes that this is the best policy. Even if she cannot help you now, she will point you in the right direction and leave the door open for the next time. Anna looks forward to meeting you very soon!
Helen Louttit Helen’s career has been dedicated to the hospitality and service industry. Helen started her working life as a waitress with the Forte group while finishing school and completing a GNVQ in catering & hospitality management. Helen’s time with Forte took her round all the departments of a large hotel and then she was offered an opportunity to move into management within the licenced trade. Helen wanted to gain experience in different areas of the industry and walked into a local recruitment agency. Helen was sat in “breakfast club” and went out to different clients in the capacity of chef, bar & waiting and catering assistant. One day Helen was asked to help out with some payroll & other paperwork in the office. She was hired as the second catering Temporaries consultant and remained doing this for 8 years when she was offered a chance to move into Business management. Unfortunately she was made redundant from this position, but was retrained in Stock taking and then a mobile bookkeeper for the licenced trade. After starting a family, Helen decided that being on the road, was not for her & is delighted to be reunited with Anna again as an administrator, organising Anna and all around her within an inch of its life! Helen believes in being honest with clients & candidates; is known for her compassion and love of “helping” and her time spent working as a temp has given her an insider’s view of all sectors of the catering & hospitality industry. If Helen doesn’t know the answer, she can always find it!
Louise Marshall Louise’s career has been devoted to Sales, Marketing & Customer Service. The variety of sectors in which she has worked includes hospitality, advertising, print, incentive & motivation, retail and recruitment. She has been told that she has a natural ability to “sell” to people, however she argues that being open and honest is the way to go. If she doesn’t believe in something, she claims she won’t sell it. Louise is passionate about people. With this in mind, she will always be up front and honest with you whether you are a client or a candidate. In her words, “if I am not open and honest, I have failed everyone I am trying to help”. Louise has recently begun a new venture, account managing one large client with all aspects of their recruitment and personnel needs.
